Easy Way To Manage and Motivate Employee Performances


Have employees certainly will be able to help manage the business you run. But often the employee's performance is not good as you expected. Consequently, instead of increasing your business just the same when you have no employees. There is no progress even your income actually declined because you have to pay the employees salary. Seems like you need some tricks on managing employee motivation and performance. No need to worry. We have some solutions for you. 


Employees sometimes easy to become bored or saturated with their duties, and therefore contributes to the productivity of their deficiencies in the work. As an employer, you need to think extra hard so that the employees you manage not quickly get bored or saturated to do their works. Here are some tips that you can apply on managing employee motivation and performance so that your employees do not easily get bored or saturated:

1. Motivate your employees every day by determining the daily target for them. If they had hit the target you specify, give them a little praise, so they will feel more and more excited in doing their tasks. 

2. Make sure your employees get adequate rest periods. Work piling can make your employees feel exhausted, so their productivity is declining. A few minutes to give them time to rest or simply relaxes back muscles can make them fit. 

3. Make discussion with your employees and give positive feedback on the performance of your employees have accomplished. Also ask them how they think to progress their tasks. Thus they will feel an important part of the company they work for. 

4.  Emphasize the importance of a process. Sometimes employee can procrastinate because they think there is no harm in delaying certain tasks. Some of those who know that what seems important to them is actually the foundation for the next step. You may need to explain the chain of events needed to achieve big goals.

5. Give praise. One of the best ways to lay the foundation of motivation in the future is to recognize and reward success. If you motivate someone to take action, but does not recognize these achievements, they will become lazy and tired when you approach them again in the future for something else.

6. Give pleasant working atmosphere and comfortable, such as the arrangement of the room. Indirectly atmosphere pleasant and comfortable room can make your employees feel at home and not get  bored easily. So it will increase their productivity. 

7. There are some fun activities to build a strong bond among employees, such as recreation. Vacation trips can be a great way to strengthen the bonds among employees. 

8. In managing employees, do not be stingy to give bonuses, especially to employees who have accomplished or who have worked to achieve the target. It will motivate them to work even harder.
